pre-teen camps:
young artists series

Young artists need challenges to grow and develop. Creativity should be fun and rewarding, and when youths are encouraged to develop goals and given the skills to follow them through, it is.

The Pre-Teen Young Artists series encourages youths to develop their artistic skills through skilled instruction and engaging projects. Offering challenges for both experienced artists and complete novices, the Young Artist series focuses on specific mediums and pushes them to choose their own master projects. Explanations of materials and provisional syllabi for each camp are provided below.

The instructors for these weeks are experienced arts-educators with a background in encouraging younger minds to develop and reach their goals. Morning camps run from 8am to 12pm; afternoon camps run from 1pm to 5pm.
